The Company should have a separate CAD support design department for design, development of Gauges as the Gauging fixtures are manufactured as per customers requirement. Separate Design Department set up available supported by experienced design & technical engineers to meet the customers requirement.

Proving of the design and consequent GAUGE REPEATABLITY & REPRODUCEABLITY and Component inspection studies are undertaken before the gauge is presented for inspection to the Customer. After joint inspection, the gauge is presented for dispatch.

Since the gauges design and production are dedicated procedures, the Company has well trained and dedicated staff involved are fully in design and assisting in respective production procedures, assemblies and final inspection.

• i. The Company to build a modern facility at proposed land and covers a factory area of one acre and built in production area of app. 15,000 Sft.
• ii. Precision areas such as Jig Boring Room, Gauge Inspection Room, Projector Calibration Room, Thread Grinding Operation Room, Laser Marking Area are all air-conditioned with temperature control at 20 deg. C +/- 1 deg C.
• iii. Other production areas are concrete roofs covered to keep ambient temperatures low and dust free.
